| A summary analysis of a sample response from users of Hairback® indicated tremendous success in treating hair loss, dandruff and in growing new hair. The questionnaire was structured to address questions such as: |
 | - Why did you use Hairback®? Was it for treatment of hair loss, hair growth, itching and/or dandruff?
- Did you notice results and if yes after how long?
- Did you use other products and how do you compare Hairback® to the other product(s)?
- What did you like and dislike about Hairback®?
- Other comments.

The responses (n=100) were as follows: |
- 33% used Hairback® to treat hair loss and grow new hair
- 27% used Hairback® to treat hair loss, dandruff, itching and grow new hair
- 23% used Hairback® to treat hair loss
- 17% used Hairback® to grow new hair.

The above results can be restated as follows: |
- 83% of the users of Hairback® intended to treat hair loss problem
- 77% of the users of Hairback® intended to grow new hair, and
- 27% wanted to treat dandruff and/or itching.

The positive results of Hairback® were as high as follows: |
- 97.53% positive hair loss prevention
- 97.01% positive new hair growth, and
- Full treatment of dandruff and itching.

The time frame needed for the results to be noticed was considerably short: |
- Hair loss prevention was evident within one week in 48.15% of the users, within 1 to 2 weeks in 24.69% of the users, within 2 to 4 weeks in 19.75% of the users, and after 4 weeks in the remaining 7.41% of the users who intended to stop their hair loss.
- The new hair growth was evident within one month in 27.85% of the users, within 1 to 2 months in 20.25% of the users, within 2 to 3 months in 25.32% of the users, and after 3 months in the remaining 26.58% of the users who intended to grow new hair.
- Users who have used other products before trying Hairback® reported that Hairback® is highly effective compared to any other products. About 42% of the users have tried other products before using Hairback® (22% used Rogaine, 20% used other products). Out of those who used Rogaine or any other products, 88% found Hairback® to be highly effective without suffering any side effects.

Additional comments and responses |
| Some comments explain how hesitant the users were before using Hairback® , some described how fast the Hairback® results were in treating their excessive hair loss, in treating their excessive dandruff, and in growing new hair. Most of the users were so grateful to find it true about the activity of Hairback® . Many users have shared their excellent experience with friends and relatives. |

| Figure 3. Time period needed to notice the results. Fig. 3 shows the time period during which users of HAIRBACK noticed the results for preventing hair loss and for growing new hair. HAIRBACK was used one tie everyday on the whole scalp and a second time on the thin or bald area. Users, who reported positive hair loss treatment and who reported positive new hair growth after using HAIRBACK, were further divided into subgroups based on the time period when they noticed the results. |
