• Hairtonix™ cleans by stripping sebum from the hair and scalp but without excessive removal of the lipids otherwise that causes damage to the natural protection that the sebum is designed to provide.
• Sebum is oil secreted by sebaceous gland within the hair follicles and is readily absorbed on the hair strands and forms a protective layer that protects the protein structure of the hair from damage, but this protection comes as a cost.
